Apro questo nuovo post con una citazione del noto pittore russo, padre della pittura astratta, Wassilly Kandinsky.
Vi starete chiedendo: perché il titolo del post è "I colori nella musica" e lui ci sta parlando di un pittore russo?
La risposta è duplice in realtà e risiede nel fatto che: in primo luogo questo signore, prima di diventare quello che tutti noi (o quasi) conosciamo, nasce come musicista. In secondo luogo invece trovo sia interessante, prima di entrare nel "vivo" del post riguardo i colori nella musica, provare a immaginare: che colore ha la musica?
I colori da Kandinsky venivano avvertiti come un
"coro" da fissare sulla tela.
Era affascinato dalla totale astrazione che si può
raggiungere tramite la costruzione musicale.
Se ci pensate, che colore ha la musica per voi?
Provate ad ascoltare "Le quattro stagioni: L'estate" di Vivaldi, o "Nocturne inE-flat major, Op. 9, No. 2" di Chopin; ora invece provate ad ascoltare "Smells Like Teen Spirit" dei Nirvana e "Purple Haze" di Jimi Hendrix e per entrambe le volte fatelo a occhi chiusi. Che colore vedete? O meglio, che colore vi immaginate? Provate le stesse "sensazioni" di colore?
Io penso di no. Uno studio della University of California lo dimostra, le nostre emozioni creano una corrispondenza tra musica e
colori.
Una volta terminato questo breve excursus sul colore DELLA musica, possiamo passare finalmente al nocciolo di questo post: i colori NELLA musica.

In questa canzone, Zucchero, a mia personale interpretazione, con il richiamo del colore Indaco vuole raffigurare un'immagine mentale per
rendere la canzone più limpida e per mettere in rilievo la serenità e la fine del
dolore. Il colore ha un significato dunque molto aulico, legato proprio a un sentimento, quale che sia, in questo caso, il termine di un amore.
